The Sketchbook Route was a free event hosted by the Near West Side Partners Inc. during Doors Open in Milwaukee, WI. Participants boarded a shuttle with sketchbooks and their choice of medium in hand, to stop at various landmarks within the Near West Side neighborhood.

 

Drinks and snacks were provided as participants were given a few creative prompts while on the route. The iconic stops included: Concordia 27, the Victor Schlitz Mansion, Pathways High, The Historic Tripoli Shrine Center, Davidson Park, and others.
